This is our flagship project for demonstrating our "missing middle" housing strategy. By replacing a single dilapidated house with four modern, efficient townhomes, we are increasing density and providing more housing choices. The project is designed with community in mind, featuring shared green spaces and easy access to the Columbia City light rail station.
